As you may know, there are six areas of Social Marketing. It’s not a secret that each one is far-out, and each one will give Attraction Marketing a different spin. Moreover, using them together you can create a Social Marketing web within the global network that search engines will find attractive. To the best of our knowledge that nowadays these six areas are content sharing sites, bookmarking sites, social sites, articles, videos, and of course, blogs.

As a matter of fact, you don’t have to be an expert at them all to succeed in Attraction Marketing. What’s more, frankly speaking, you don’t even have to use them all. But, as far as my personal experience may be taken into account, you should at the very least find out how they all work, and how they all work together before deciding on your Social Marketing procedure. As far as the issue is concerned, the more links your sites, articles, blogs, etc. have to other sites, articles, blogs, etc. the easier you are to be found.

In fact, if done properly, you can use Social Marketing to tap into the growing number of people that frequent these sites. To the best of our knowledge, statistics show that social networkers in general earn more and spend a higher percentage of that profit than prior generations. But, what is more important, you should always keep in mind that this is SOCIAL MARKETING! Believe it or not, but actually, you should also bear in mind that the people you encounter are making friends at these sites, not looking for products or business opportunities. And, I would recommend you to get this straight, as marketers, social or otherwise, be sure: we are actually selling. It is very important for you to remember: we are not sharing, we are selling.

The other interesting fact for you to know that sharing is what you give away for free, selling is what we do to earn money. So, if we are making a closer investigation of this issue, you may share content, share information, share knowledge, and then tell (and hopefully sell) them your business opportunity or product. Because, the other interesting fact is that is why we Social Marketers are there in the first place. But, you should remember, if you hit on them too soon, you can loose them. And according to my opinion unfortunately what is even worse, loose the good luck to get to know someone. Remember: take the time to get to know people in the Social Networking community! In the end, let me sum up that the time spent doing this the right way will reward you far more than you thought, and in ways you could not have imagined.

If I lived back in the wild west days, instead of carrying a six-gun in my holster, I'd carry a soldering iron. That way, if some smart-aleck cowboy said something like 'Hey, look. He's carrying a soldering iron!' and started laughing, and everybody else started laughing, I could just say, 'That's right, it's a soldering iron. The soldering iron of justice.' Then everybody would get real quiet and ashamed, because they had made fun of the soldering iron of justice, and I could probably hit them up for a free drink...
