Over time, you will steadily build a gang of freelancers that you return to again. They will continue to have other clients too, naturally, but if you find writers who consistently do good work for you, they’ll come to grasp your company well, and this can only be an advantage. Even with outsourcing and freelancing, a continual relationship of trust and competence can be built.
